Do you know what are considered to be the normal or desired levels and what, exactly, is considered to be an elevated level?

According to the American Diabetes Association, a fasting blood glucose level (no food for eight hours) should be no higher than 110. Diabetes can be diagnosed if fasting blood sugar is above 125.

This is where they tell me I am at, but will not consider me a diabetic just monitor me here and there because of family history. I figure there is no way around it eventually it will happen because of the family history.

I would like to call it early diabetes, because if you do not take any actions very soon you will go to diabetes.
