I'd just as soon not exercise at all, but if I have to, I guess I'd rather walk on my treadmill than do anything else. At least I can watch television while I'm walking.
What are your favorite forms of exercise? (Assuming it's allowable to use "favorite" and "exercise" in the same sentence.)

LOL those are not 2 words I would use in the same sentence but I do enjoy walking... I just never get time to do it....

Thats exactly what we did for my dad set up his treadmill in front of the TV. Then we bought him a bunch of old western DVD's. This was a life saver as he wouldn't exercise any other other way!

I guess if I had to pick something, I'd say the weight machines. Maybe riding the bike.

My favorite form of exercise is taking care of my animals, yard work and chasing after my grandsons. I have a gazelle that is in my tv room, along with an ab lounge and a rowing machine. All of those are easy enough to work out on while watching tv or listening to music. My treadmill, which I despise, is set-up outside. It is probably my least favorite form of exercise.

I don't really have a favorite exercise. I am trying to find one I will stick with. I tried dancing for 30 minutes for a while. I soon lost my motivation to do that. It's like I just sit and sit and sit and think of all these exercises I could do, but I never do them.

Myssie, I really love my ablounger. It is amazing the results you get after a short period and knowing that it is helping me with my diabetes is a major plus too. It comes with a training video and doesn't take much time at all. Of course, with all things, the more effort you put into it the more effective it will be.

It looks like it has much more back support than most ab machines have too.
