Excessive Saliva?

Since the age of 12, i have been having some issues with excessive saliva. It comes and goes. Some doctors say that it is only on my mind. They usually prescribe zantac or other stuffs but nothing.
I sometimes wake up with a mouth full of saliva. I am now 27, and it is still going on. I spit too much!

Anybody ever experienced it?

I have a sore on the inside of my bottom lip in front of my teeth. It only hurts occasionally, so I know it's not a canker sore since those hurt like the Dickens. It's just obnoxious. I think it's infected, because it fills up with something, and becomes a round, hardball until it breaks open. It will drain for a couple of days, and then fill up again. It repeats this cycle over and over again, and I've had it for more than two weeks. It's disgusting, and I'm not sure of how to get rid of it. Does anyone know?
